My prayer and expectations as I begin this Module.

Module 3 – Leadership for Mission – 9-15 November 2018

Modules, praxis events, base groups, learning summaries…we made it!

  

The first batch of 21 PDCL graduates with Tangaza principal and CLM facilitators.
Facilitators with guest resource persons, Fr. Okure and Sr. Eucharia.

The modules were also a time of bonding, making new friends, partners in mission.

        

After Module 3, the way forward? Some called to be Associates? Yearly updating sessions?

      

A fitting close to a full week…cultural evening to dance and sing and celebrate!

Learning from one another’s experience as Congregational leaders is extremely enlightening and enriching. Together we grow.
Learning skills as well as growing in self-knowledge to harness our potential to inspire and enable women-for-mission in our congregations

First section of module 1: The Leader Within

Group picture just had to be underneath the hundred-year-old tree!
Attending the session as a Provincial Council together helps us to have a common ‘language’ to do our work.

In February 2017, the facilitators for Developing the Leader Within, Module 1 of the Certificate in the Practice of Organizational Leadership (CPOL), gathered for their final preparations and to present the course materials to each other.

Module 2 – August 2018 – Creating a Faith-filled Congregational Culture

Participants from Module 1 in 2017 came to attend Module 2 after working on Praxis Events and submitting Learning Summaries. They also came together in Base Groups and attended an Action-Reflection Session sharing their Praxis Events and learning much from each other
